Information we handle
Browsing the directory does not require an account. Booking uses the lead traveller's name, email, visit date and airport local time, traveller count and selected pass. Flight and telephone information are optional where indicated. We may also process order and payment references, payment status, entry passes and private links, support correspondence and network addresses used to limit abuse.
Purposes and recipients
Information is used to handle bookings, confirm payment, deliver passes, retrieve orders and provide support. Required booking details may be shared with the relevant supplier. PayPal independently handles information on its payment pages; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
Order access and retention
Private order links contain an access token. Anyone holding the link can access that order, so do not publish it. Order, payment, pass and support records may need to be retained for fulfillment, accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Deletion depends on the record type and those obligations; clearing browser data does not remove server records. Contact support to ask about a particular record.
Contact and rights
For questions about your information, access or corrections, use the support channel on the contact page. Deletion may be limited by outstanding orders, legal retention obligations or information required to resolve disputes.
Verify your email
We use your email to send a verification code before booking. Verification records and sending limits help prevent misuse; codes are not stored in plain text.
Browser storage and third-party resources
The browser may save private order links and retry identifiers as described in the Cookies Policy. Hosted fonts and images involve requests to their providers. PayPal has its own privacy practices for checkout. Providers supporting hosting, storage, email or fulfillment may process the information needed for those services, possibly outside your location, subject to applicable transfer requirements.
Requests, verification and applicable rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about restrictions, objections, portability or consent withdrawal, as well as access, correction and deletion. Contact support from your booking email with enough information to identify the record. Verification may be needed without collecting unnecessary identity information. You may contact a relevant data protection authority where that right applies. Optional uses requiring consent need separate consent.
