What this policy covers
Cookies are small files a service may place in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser technologies. This policy explains their use by LoungeEase and third-party services you interact with. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
Saved order links
The browser entry loungeease_orders stores up to 20 saved order references, private access tokens and save dates so you can revisit orders in the same browser. It remains until replaced or cleared through browser settings. It does not store pass images or card details. Anyone using that browser may be able to open saved orders; take care on a shared device.
Retrying a booking
The session entry loungeease_pending_booking stores a request identifier and a hash of submitted details, rather than the name or email itself. It helps retries or refreshes in the same tab identify the same submission. It is cleared when submission succeeds; an unsuccessful submission may remain with the browser session, including session restoration.
Third-party services
PayPal may use its own cookies or similar technologies when its payment tools load or you visit its checkout. Purposes and duration are governed by PayPal's notices and settings and may differ by region. Loading Google Fonts and hosted images also sends network requests to their providers; a network request is not by itself proof that a cookie was set.
Analytics and advertising
The current LoungeEase application does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts. This does not describe every technology a hosting or payment provider may use. If optional tracking is introduced, its purposes and providers must be disclosed and any consent required by applicable rules obtained before it is enabled.
Your browser choices
You can remove site data and control cookies in your browser settings. Clearing saved links does not cancel an order, delete server records or request a refund. Keep your reference and booking email to look up an order again. Blocking storage may remove browser conveniences; blocking PayPal technologies may affect payment.
